INS has NIC EIC approved staff and can undertake industrial, commercial and residential work to a high standard, by our City and Guilds trained engineers, at an affordable price.
A UPS must be properly installed and commissioned to ensure a long and trouble-free working life. Whilst small, less sophisticated UPS systems simply plug into a standard mains socket, larger UPS systems (typically over 3kVA) must be electrically installed and commissioned by skilled and qualified professionals.
As a leading UPS supplier, our project team will work closely with you, from start to finish, ensuring your UPS is installed and commissioned safely, on time and with minimal disruption to your business. We’ll carry out a full site assessment including access, space and floor loadings. We’ll then arrange delivery and placement, arranging special lifting and craneage if needed. We’ll organise all the electrical and mechanical work needed.
Our factory trained, highly skilled field-service engineers will then commission and test the complete power protection system. They work in accordance with factory-issued commissioning procedures and written method statements and provide full commissioning certification for warranty validation.
Our services include:
- New build installation work
- UPS Installation
- Part and full rewires
- Distribution board Replacements
- Testing and repairs
- Additional sockets
- Security lighting
- Electrical Testing
INS can carry out an Electrical Condition Report with minimum disruption to your business, with testing being undertaken outside of business hours if required.
All Electrical installations must have an Electrical Installation Condition Report in accordance with BS7671 the IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition (formerly the Periodic Inspection Report) every 5 years or change of occupier.
Failure to keep up to date certification could lead to prosecution and invalidation of insurance.
We will carry out a free no obligation survey, and appraise you of time scales and provide you with a quotation
